Website Maintenance
        •       Perform regular updates to website content, plugins, and themes
        •       Monitor site performance, uptime, and loading speed
        •       Fix broken links, formatting issues, and minor bugs
        •       Back up website data on a regular schedule
        •       Ensure the site is secure and free of vulnerabilities
        •       Coordinate with developers/designers for larger updates when needed
Facebook Content Creation
        •       Plan and create engaging posts (images, graphics, short videos, captions)
        •       Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
        •       Respond to comments and messages in a timely, friendly manner
        •       Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
        •       Stay current on Facebook trends and best practices
Ad Campaign Management
        •       Set up, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
        •       Define target audiences and budgets
        •       Monitor ad performance and optimize for better results (CTR, conversions, cost per click)
        •       Prepare simple performance reports
        •       Test different ad creatives and formats (A/B testing)
Requirements
        •       Prior experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)
        •       Experience running Facebook/Meta Ads (Ads Manager)
        •       Strong content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, or video editing)
        •       Familiarity with Facebook Business/Meta Business Suite
        •       Attention to detail and ability to work independently
        •       Basic understanding of online safety/security practices
        •       Reliable internet access and availability for regular check-ins
Nice to Have
        •       Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design software
        •       Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
        •       SEO basics
        •       Prior social media management experience
