Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Facebook Page Moderator to help manage and grow our Skincare and Beauty community. As a moderator, you’ll play a key role in fostering positive interactions, ensuring content quality, and engaging with our audience to build a loyal following. If you’re passionate about skincare, beauty, and social media, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing online space!

Key Responsibilities
•  Monitor and moderate user comments, posts, and messages on the Facebook page to ensure they align with community guidelines (e.g., removing spam, hate speech, or off-topic content).
•  Respond to user inquiries, Massages, and comments in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, providing skincare advice or directing to resources.
•  Schedule and post daily content, including images, videos, polls, and stories related to skincare routines, beauty hacks, product spotlights, and trends.
•  Engage with followers to boost interaction (e.g., liking, replying, and encouraging discussions).
•  Analyze page insights (e.g., engagement rates, reach) and suggest improvements to content strategy.
•  Collaborate with the page admin on promotions, giveaways, or partnerships with beauty brands.
•  Stay updated on skincare and beauty trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
