1. Age between 22–35 years old, male only.

2. Minimum 3 year working experience in FMCG, food or biscuit sales industry; candidates with PRAN, Bashundhara food sales experience are highly preferred.

3. Familiar with Bangladesh local market, have existing distributor resources is a big advantage.

4. Good Bengali and basic English communication skills, capable of daily office communication and report writing.

5. Hard-working, self-motivated, able to travel locally for market development.

6. Honest, responsible, with strong target execution ability and team work spirit.

We are a renowned biscuit manufacturing factory located in Manikganj, Bangladesh. We are now recruiting energetic and responsible Sales Executives to expand our local market sales, develop new clients, maintain existing distributors and retail channels, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets steadily.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop new distributors, wholesalers and retail shops across Bangladesh, expand biscuit product market coverage.

2. Visit regular customers regularly, maintain good business relationships, handle customer inquiries, orders and after-sales communication.

3. Strictly achieve weekly sales target and monthly sales target assigned by the company

4. Collect local market information, including competitor products, market price and customer demand, and submit regular sales reports.
