Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with prospective students from Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and other marketing channels.
• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, scholarships, and admission requirements.
• Convert inquiries into successful student enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Student Consultancy, Education Counseling, or Sales.
• Strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and convert leads into admissions.
• Good command of Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Social Media communication.
