Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
A growing footwear company in Bangladesh is looking for energetic, target-oriented, and hardworking “Marketing & Sales Executive” to expand market coverage, increase sales, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and dealers across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibility:
Visit retail shops, dealers, wholesalers, and market areas regularly to promote company footwear products.
Develop new dealers, retailers, and market channels to increase sales coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular order collection.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and report to management.
Ensure proper product display and branding activities at retail outlets.
Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market expansion plans.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback reports.
Coordinate with distributors, showroom personnel, and sales supervisors for smooth market operations.
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and retailers.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and company policies during field activities.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
