Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales & marketing strategies for medical devices and laboratory equipment across Bangladesh.
Drive revenue growth, manage key accounts (hospitals, diagnostic centers, labs), and oversee government/private procurement tenders.
Lead and mentor the sales team to meet target milestones.
Coordinate with foreign principles and suppliers.
