- Age 35 to 45 years
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in battery trade / automotive industry sales.
Should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience as Depot Manager in a reputed Battery/Automotive Industry Sales.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh battery market.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficient in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall sales & marketing activities of assigned depot.
Frequent customer/Field visit.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Expand battery trade business in new and existing markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure proper stock management and depot inventory control.
Supervise sales team and monitor field activities.
Plan promotional campaigns and trade offers.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
Prepare sales reports and submit to management regularly.
