Responsibilities & Context:
Site Acquisition Specialist – Retail Expansion
Details Business Solution (DBS) is looking for an energetic, field-oriented professional with practical experience in retail site acquisition, commercial space hunting, and landlord negotiation. The selected candidate will support retail expansion projects by identifying suitable locations and coordinating the acquisition process from initial scouting to site handover.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify suitable retail and commercial spaces through regular market visits.
Assess locations based on visibility, accessibility, customer traffic, competition, and rental value.
Collect site details, photographs, measurements, and commercial terms.
Communicate and negotiate with landlords, brokers, and market stakeholders.
Prepare site survey reports and coordinate client visits.
Support lease documentation and site handover.
Maintain an updated database of available commercial properties.
