Manage and scale company presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Develop and execute monthly content calendars
Monitor trends and implement platform-specific strategies
Create engaging content (posts, captions, blogs, reels, videos)
Conduct content research and generate innovative ideas
Collaborate with design/video teams for creative assets
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
Optimize paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Boosting, etc.)
Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries
Build and maintain strong online community engagement
