Experience:
Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content — posts, captions, reels/short videos, and graphics — in coordination with the design team, aligned with brand guidelines
Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and timely responses to comments/messages
Collect leads generated through social media platforms (inbox messages, comments, form submissions) and maintain an organized lead tracker
Transfer collected leads to the relevant department (Solar, Generator Service, etc.) promptly with accurate client details and requirements
Make follow-up calls to potential clients for lead generation, qualification, and initial requirement gathering
Call existing clients periodically to collect feedback and prepare client satisfaction reports for management
Monitor social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas for the energy/power sector
Track and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements
Support paid social media campaigns — boosting posts, basic ad setup, and budget tracking (in coordination with the marketing team)
