1. Prepare, review, and coordinate structural designs for residential and commercial projects in compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, and other regulatory requirements.

2. Evaluate structural feasibility for conceptual layouts, floor plan modifications, and simplex/duplex rearrangements.

3. Coordinate with architectural, plumbing, electrical, and MEP consultants to ensure integrated and cost-effective designs.

4. Analyze and optimize structural systems to reduce construction and design costs without compromising safety or quality.

5. Prepare comparative analyses of structural consultants and participate in consultant selection, negotiation, and appointment.

6. Review structural drawings, calculations, BOQs, and working drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance.

7. Coordinate with consultants and authorities to resolve design observations and obtain timely approvals.

8. Monitor design progress and ensure delivery of structural documents within agreed schedules.

9. Conduct site visits to verify structural execution, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering support during construction.

10. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Land, and Construction teams to accommodate customer and business-driven design changes.

11. Maintain proper documentation, drawing archives, revision records, and technical reports for all assigned projects.

12. Support budget preparation, value engineering, and material optimization initiatives to improve project profitability.

13. Ensure all structural files and approvals are processed efficiently and submitted to the final approving authority within established timelines.

14. Stay updated with engineering codes, construction technologies, and industry best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

15. Perform any other structural engineering duties assigned by Management to support organizational objectives.
