- Strong technical skill is required & working experience in engineering dept. (electrical ) with large real state project.
- Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
- Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Development of effective analysis of structural framing system by using relevant software (Etabs) based on BNBC. Ensure that the designs incorporate safety from lateral forces like wind, earthquake etc.
- Ensure efficient structure framing system by trial-and-error method with the full satisfaction of relevant professionals like: Architects, Plumbing Engineer, Electro-mechanical engineer, Market promotion officials etc.
- Preparation of rational design of structural framing system maintaining the aesthetical and functional demand. Structural Design of Building/structure foundation/Mat and slabs using appropriate software (SAFE).
- Preparation of earth protection and excavation work drawing for foundation of the building to save surrounding structures.
- Selection of quality Structural components available in market to minimize cost and time.
- Preparation of hand sketch to develop Auto-CAD drawings. Checking of Auto-CAD drawings to develop error free drawings for the construction work. Delivery of drawings to the project within schedule time.
- Periodical visit of Construction projects to check the quality of construction work and submission of site visiting report.
