• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from reputed Public and Private universities only.

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in Water Treatment Plant operation and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience in Effluent Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant operation and maintenance.

• Candidates must have construction site controlling ability.

Preferred

• Experience in treatment plant lab operation, SCADA monitoring and PLC works

• Experience in Environmental Monitoring works

• Experience of electrical substation operation and Maintenance

• Experience managing contractors and service vendor`s/3rd party

• Prior experience in combined treatment plant works

• Any certification in relevant works will be plus

We are now looking for a Tenant Support Engineer who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting tenant infrastructure and construction-related needs across our Industrial Park.
Employment Status & Location: Full-time, based at BSEZ Office, Sonpara, Panchrukhi, Narayanganj-1460
Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant so the Industrial Park has an uninterrupted, reliable supply of treated water.

• Take charge of the Effluent Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant, keeping discharge quality within regulatory limits at all times.

• Troubleshoot plant faults and breakdowns on the spot and keep equipment running with minimal downtime.

• Handle treatment plant lab testing, SCADA monitoring, and PLC-based control were required.

• Keep the electrical substation serving the utility area operating safely and support its routine maintenance.

• Work with contractors and third-party vendors on utility-related jobs, from scheduling to sign-off.

• Keep operational logs, maintenance records, and compliance reports up to date and audit ready.

• Flag environmental monitoring findings and coordinate corrective steps when readings fall outside acceptable range.

• Follow safety protocols strictly while working around treatment plants, electrical systems, and contractor crews.
