• Strong hands-on experience in Network Engineering and IP CCTV/Surveillance Systems.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching.

• Hands-on experience with routers, managed switches, VPNs, firewalls and network troubleshooting.

• Practical knowledge of IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, VMS, ONVIF and RTSP.

• Knowledge of multi-site networking, Dual-WAN/ISP failover and 4G/5G connectivity.

• Understanding of CCTV bandwidth, storage calculation and remote monitoring.

• Knowledge or experience in AI Video Analytics / AI-based Surveillance Systems will be highly preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server/Linux will be an advantage.

• CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge/certification will be highly preferred.

• Experience in banking, ATM e-surveillance or enterprise multi-site surveillance projects will be an added advantage.

• Must have strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Must be willing to perform site visits and travel within Bangladesh when required.

Job Context

FinCore Technologies is looking for a technically strong Network & AI Surveillance Engineer to support the deployment and operation of enterprise-grade AI-based CCTV and centralized e-surveillance solutions for banks and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of network engineering, IP CCTV, VMS/NVR systems, remote-site connectivity, network security and troubleshooting.

The engineer will work on surveillance infrastructure deployed across multiple remote locations, including ATM sites, with centralized monitoring and AI-based video analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP and multi-site network infrastructure.

• Configure and troubleshoot routers, managed switches, VPNs, NAT, DHCP, DNS and firewalls.

• Install, configure, integrate and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and VMS platforms.

• Configure ONVIF/RTSP camera integration, video streams and centralized monitoring.

• Deploy, configure and support AI-based CCTV and video analytics solutions.

• Configure and support centralized VMS/monitoring platforms for multiple remote ATM and CCTV sites.

• Diagnose and resolve camera offline, network disconnection, video loss, latency, bandwidth and connectivity issues.

• Establish secure remote connectivity between surveillance sites and central monitoring infrastructure.

• Configure and support dual-WAN, secondary ISP and 4G/5G automatic failover for remote sites.

• Calculate and optimize camera bandwidth, bitrate, FPS, resolution, network utilization and storage requirements.

• Configure monitoring and alerts for camera/device health, network failure, power failure and surveillance events.

• Support AI video analytics including intrusion, loitering, camera tampering/occlusion, multiple-person detection and other event-based alerts.

• Conduct site surveys, network assessments, installation, testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with banks, technology partners, software teams and project managers during deployment, integration and troubleshooting.

• Prepare network diagrams, IP plans, installation reports, technical documentation and customer handover documents.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support when required.

• Support integration of surveillance platforms with enterprise and banking systems when required.
