We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for FinCore Technologies’ fintech and banking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with banks and financial institutions, and closing enterprise-level deals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in banks and financial institutions
Promote FinCore’s self-service banking solutions, enterprise software, and security systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (IT Heads, Operations)
Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct product demonstrations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Coordinate with technical teams for solution customization and deployment
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Represent FinCore Technologies at industry events and client meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT/FinTech/Enterprise solution sales
Strong network or experience working with banks/financial institutions preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
