Career Objective

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Surveillance Engineer to join FinCore Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV, networking, software integration, banking technology, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, integrating, maintaining, and supporting enterprise surveillance and banking technology solutions for banks and corporate clients across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain IP CCTV, NVR/DVR and surveillance systems.

• Configure LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches and wireless networks.

• Install and configure AI-based CCTV surveillance solutions.

• Deploy and support Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS).

• Configure CCTV remote monitoring and centralized dashboards.

• Install and configure Access Control, Time Attendance and IP PABX systems.

• Install and support POS terminals, QR payment devices and Android payment terminals.

• Deploy ATM, Cash Recycler Machines (CRM), Cheque Deposit Kiosks (CDK), Self-Service Kiosks and related banking hardware.

• Perform software installation, system configuration and API/software integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.

• Configure Windows Server, SQL Server and basic Linux environments.

• Install printers, scanners, biometric devices and peripheral equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and site inspections.

• Coordinate with software developers, project managers and banking customers.

• Prepare installation reports, documentation and customer training.
