Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Only Male

• Must know rope type traction lift installation.

• Must know commissioning of NICE and ARKEL Control.

• Must be able to travel out of Dhaka on a regular basis

• Standardized Mechanical Audits: Execute comprehensive, standardized checklists to inspect the physical installation at project sites, ensuring perfect alignment of guide rails, proper tensioning of suspension ropes, and precise assembly of the cabin and doors.

• Standardized Electrical Commissioning: Utilize official electrical checklists to verify the accuracy of control panels, VVVF drive parameters, and safety circuit wiring, ensuring flawless communication between the encoder, drive, and motor.

• Ride Quality & Performance Testing: Conduct dynamic running tests (including speed verification, leveling accuracy, and vibration/bumping analysis) to ensure a perfectly smooth ride before client handover.

• Safety Compliance Enforcement: Physically test critical field safety components—such as overspeed governors, progressive safety brakes, and pit buffers—to guarantee strict adherence to EN 81-20/50 standard limits.

• Defect Resolution & Clearance: Identify installation defects, issue clear snag lists to the field installation teams, and verify corrections to grant final QC handover clearance.

• Nationwide Field Deployment: Travel extensively to construction and project sites across all districts of Bangladesh to conduct independent inspections and commissioning audits as required by project timelines
