• Proven experience as an Auto CAD Draftsman in an architectural firm or construction environment.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural MEP drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong architectural background to support our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, working drawings or buildings full interior project.

• Prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical details using AutoCAD based on sketches, sketch up model, or verbal instructions.

• Create detail plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

• Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.

• Preparing RAJUK/Cantonment Board approval drawings.

• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.

• Coordinate with on-site teams to incorporate feedback and revisions.
