• Proficiency in: Auto CAD SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion/ V-Ray Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Revit (preferred)·        

• Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and interior layouts.       

• Familiarity with BOQ, schedule preparation, and vendor coordination is a plus.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with minimum 5 Years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The candidate must hold a B. Arch degree from an IAB- accredited university and demonstrate strong skills in design development, working drawings and coordination with project team.Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept to execution.

• Prepare accurate presentation drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction documents.

• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

• Participate in client meetings and design reviews.

• Research materials, products, and design trends for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
