Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of electrical products and components.
Conduct product testing, performance evaluation, and validation to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documents, product specifications, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and test reports.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams to support prototype development, pilot runs, and product launches.
Investigate product failures and recommend design or process improvements to enhance quality and reliability.
Evaluate new raw materials, components, and technologies for product development and cost optimization.
Ensure products comply with applicable national and international standards.
Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support innovation and continuous product improvement.
