Responsibilities & Context:

•  

• Perform production and assembly operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct wheel alignment and verify steering geometry parameters.

• Perform vehicle testing and trial runs after completing all required safety checks.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues in commercial vehicles and report findings to the supervisor.

• Identify and resolve minor issues during testing and escalate major technical concerns, including UCR and warranty-related issues.

• Inspect finished vehicles, UCR parts, warranty parts, and fragile materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Maintain high inspection accuracy to reduce defects, rework, and production delays.

• Operate and update production software for production tracking, quality monitoring, reporting, and documentation.

• Report production status, quality issues, and technical concerns promptly to the supervisor.

• Support cross-functional production activities and perform multitasking as required.

• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and achieve production targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
