Experience:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.

Hashem Foods Ltd is looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Electrical to lead factory electrical operations, maintenance, automation, power systems, and energy management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing, with expertise in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, production-line support, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Electrical & Utility operations of the factory.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of substations, transformers, HT/LT panels, generators, MCC, PCC and distribution systems.
Plan and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and packaging machinery.
Oversee PLC, VFD, automation and industrial control systems.
Manage electrical utilities including generator, boiler, compressor, chiller, HVAC and water systems.
Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Lead installation, testing and commissioning of new machinery and electrical projects.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets, project estimates, BOQs and spare-parts requirements.
Ensure adequate availability and proper inventory management of electrical spare parts.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, factory regulations and applicable statutory requirements.
Conduct regular electrical safety inspections, risk assessments and maintenance audits.
Lead, supervise and develop engineers, supervisors, technicians and electricians.
Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Utility, Quality, Procurement and Projects teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Prepare maintenance reports, KPI reports, energy reports and other technical documentation.
Drive continuous improvement, reliability and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
