Education:

Responsibilities & Context:

Hashem Foods Ltd is looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Electrical to lead factory electrical operations, maintenance, automation, power systems, and energy management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing, with expertise in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, production-line support, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall Electrical & Utility operations of the factory.

  • Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of substations, transformers, HT/LT panels, generators, MCC, PCC and distribution systems.

  • Plan and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime.

  • Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and packaging machinery.

  • Oversee PLC, VFD, automation and industrial control systems.

  • Manage electrical utilities including generator, boiler, compressor, chiller, HVAC and water systems.

  • Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

  • Lead installation, testing and commissioning of new machinery and electrical projects.

  • Prepare annual maintenance budgets, project estimates, BOQs and spare-parts requirements.

  • Ensure adequate availability and proper inventory management of electrical spare parts.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, factory regulations and applicable statutory requirements.

  • Conduct regular electrical safety inspections, risk assessments and maintenance audits.

  • Lead, supervise and develop engineers, supervisors, technicians and electricians.

  • Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Utility, Quality, Procurement and Projects teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

  • Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

  • Prepare maintenance reports, KPI reports, energy reports and other technical documentation.

  • Drive continuous improvement, reliability and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
