• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs) and control circuit schematics. 
• Deep understanding of substation equipment, safety interlocks, and protection relays.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and industrial safety regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills to guide junior technicians, and the ability to work under pressure during emergency breakdowns

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Diploma Engineer to join our technical operations team. This role focuses on the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of high-voltage substations and specialized electrical control panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Substation Operations: Oversee the daily operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of Substations.
• Control Panel Management: Handle the wiring, assembly, testing, and fault rectification of various electrical control panels (including LT panels, motor control centers, and synchronization panels).
• Site Supervision: Supervise on-site electrical installations, ensuring all works comply with single-line diagrams (SLDs), technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and inventory of electrical spares.
