Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for STP, WTP, and ETP systems. Actively pitch solutions to corporate, industrial, and commercial clients to build a robust project pipeline.
· Client Presentations & Relationship Management: Conduct persuasive technical and commercial presentations to C-level executives, consultants, and project managers. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
· Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial project proposals, including accurate estimation, costing, and customized system designs based on specific client requirements.
· Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of awarded projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and strict compliance with engineering standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (CE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME).
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry (STP/WTP/ETP).
· Core Skills:
o High-Impact Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical engineering concepts into clear, value-driven business benefits for clients.
o Advanced Presentation Skills: Confident and charismatic presentation style, comfortable leading high-stakes sales pitches, Q&A sessions, and client negotiations.
o Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of STP, WTP, ETP and Plumbing processes, equipment, and project estimation.
