Job Context
We are hiring two Technical Sales Engineers to take Labaid AI's products to market. This is not a brochure-and-follow-up sales role: you will run product demos, scope solutions with client IT and operations teams, answer technical questions about integrations and deployment, respond to RFPs/tenders, and carry deals from first meeting to signed agreement. An engineering background is strongly preferred — you must be able to credibly explain how our software works to a hospital director, a bank's IT head, and a factory owner in the same week. Demonstrable experience selling software products is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
· Own a sales pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery.
· Run compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for LUNA, MedPAC, Digital RM, FLVE, and edge vision products — tailored to each buyer's actual workflow.
· Scope solutions with client technical teams: integration points (HMS/EHR, core banking, CRM), deployment options (cloud, on-prem, edge), data and security requirements.
· Prepare and respond to RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes for hospitals, banks/NBFIs, insurers, and enterprises — including technical specification sections.
· Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers: hospital owners and CXOs, medical directors, compliance and digital banking heads, factory and operations directors.
· Translate field feedback into product input: what buyers ask for, what blocks deals, what competitors (local HMS/PACS vendors, eKYC providers, global platforms) are offering.
· Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts; report weekly on funnel health and deal progress.
· Represent Labaid AI at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Educational Requirements
· B.Sc. in Engineering (CSE, EEE, or related) is strongly preferred — we want salespeople who genuinely understand the products they sell.
· Graduates from other disciplines will be considered only with an exceptional software sales track record and demonstrated technical fluency.
Experience Requirements
· Mandatory: proven experience selling software products — SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, healthtech, ERP/HMS, telecom solutions, or similar B2B software (typically 2+ years).
· A verifiable track record of closed deals; you will be asked to walk through specific deals you won and lost.
· Experience selling to hospitals, banks/NBFIs, insurers, or large enterprises in Bangladesh is a strong plus.
Additional Requirements (Skills)
Must have:
· Ability to understand and explain technical concepts: APIs, integrations, cloud vs on-prem deployment, data privacy — without hand-waving.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English; comfortable presenting to CXOs and technical teams alike.
· Strong proposal and business-writing skills.
· Self-driven pipeline discipline; comfortable with sales targets.
· Willingness to travel within Bangladesh for client meetings.
Nice to have:
· Existing relationships in healthcare, BFSI, or enterprise IT procurement in Bangladesh.
· Experience with tender/procurement processes (government or large private).
· Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts (LLMs, computer vision, eKYC) — enough to demo and answer first-line technical questions.
· CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or local equivalents).
