• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Garments, Textile

• Age 22 to 25 years

Expected Experience and Skill:

•     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

•     1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management

•     Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

•     Genuine interest in sustainability, ESG, and environmental compliance topics

•     Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

•     Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Nice to Have:

•     Existing network within apparel, textile, or manufacturing supply chains

•     Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (ISO, Higg FEM, ZDHC, ISO 14001, GOTS, or similar)

•     Experience working with international clients or cross-border partnerships

•     Identify, research, and pursue new business leads across target industries and regions

•     Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

•     Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for sustainability consulting services

•     Represent EcoAssurance at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums

•     Collaborate with technical teams to align proposed solutions with client needs

•     Track and report on sales pipeline, targets, and market intelligence

•     Support partnership development with regional and international organizations
