Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.

  • Hands-on experience in SEO (Technical, On-page, and Off-page).

  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Experience with Looker Studio and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

  • Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint Certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Responsibilities & Context:

Chuti group is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase bookings and sales, and maximize return on marketing investment across the Group's hospitality, tourism, and real estate businesses.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display, and Remarketing.

  • Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall campaign performance.

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages through A/B testing.

  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for Chuti Group brands and locations.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the Branding, Creative, Content, and Web teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
