• The candidate must have practical working experience in the BD (Land) dept. of Real Estate Company.

• The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the JV land feasibility & Analysis, FAR, land related documents etc.

• The candidate should have qualities to finding JV land for development & having good relationship with land owners.

• The candidate must have strong negotiation and deal closing ability.

• Presentable personality with effective communication skills.

• Customer-centric mindset, proficiency in CRM, and ability to work smartly.

• Target oriented and mentality to take challenges.

• Capability to motivate team members.

• Prepare financial analysis and market survey.

• Prepare deed of agreement and POALand procurement and acquisition under joint venture

• Meeting with the Landowners to get all the opinions / demands of Landowner.

• Finalize the features, sharing and financial benefits with the Landowner.

• Finalize the terms and conditions with the Landowner.

• Collect required documents for approval.

• Complete the signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.

• Inform superior about test result and help him to prepare strategy & planning.
