Customer Relationship & Social Media Executive (Female)
Salary
💰 ৳15,000 – ৳20,000
Based on experience and performance
➕ Sales Commission
Working Hours
🕙 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days
📅 Saturday to Thursday
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and the website.
• Explain our interior design services and products to potential clients.
• Schedule client meetings and showroom visits.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Create short videos/reels for social media and assist with basic video content creation.
• Support sales activities and convert potential leads into customers.
Requirements
• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English communication is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
• Basic video shooting in Showroom
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Previous experience in interior design, sales, or a related industry will be an advantage.
