Minimum 2 years of job experience in a BPO will be preferred.
Candidates with 1 year of sales experience in any E-commerce/F-commerce company will receive priority.
Strong verbal communication skills in Bangla.
Polite, confident, and persuasive communication ability.
Basic computer, internet, and social media skills.
Strong customer service and sales mindset.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with customers via Phone Calls, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Confirm orders, conduct follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain customer information using CRM and reporting systems.
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
