Responsibilities & Context:
· Providing to client Software and hardware support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule
· Providing to client training and support after sales of software.
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software ,hardware and network issues in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with development, QA Test , and operations teams to improve product reliability.
· Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, remote tools or physically
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
· Research and analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
· Meeting with clients virtually & physically for Software Sales.
· Must have own laptop or PC
· Meeting with clients virtually & physically for Software Sales.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
· Report to Top Management on a daily basis.
