Job Responsibilities
Listing products on online marketplaces (e.g., Daraz, Facebook, etc.)
Managing and updating online shop content regularly
Communicating with customers through messages (in English)
Completing daily tasks assigned by the management
Assisting the team leader with additional responsibilities when needed
Ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive and friendly support
Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all assigned work
