Handle student and client inquiries regarding Japan Job Visa, Student Visa, and Japanese Language Courses.
Respond professionally to inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Messenger, and other communication channels.
Conduct regular follow-up calls, messages, and counselling with prospective students and clients.
Counsel students and guardians regarding Japan study, career, language courses, and employment opportunities.
Explain relevant visa categories, eligibility criteria, application procedures, required documents, and processing steps accurately.
Provide detailed information about Japanese language courses, course duration, fees, class schedules, admission requirements, and procedures.
Convert inquiries and counselling leads into successful admissions while maintaining professional communication.
Collect, organize, and verify students’ academic, personal, financial, and visa-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, applications, admissions, and client communication.
Coordinate with the Admission, Counselling, and Visa Processing Teams for smooth application processing.
Guide students throughout the admission and visa application process and keep them informed about important updates.
Follow up regarding pending documents, payments, interviews, appointments, and application status.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with students, guardians, and clients.
Achieve assigned monthly counselling, follow-up, lead conversion, and admission targets.
Participate in seminars, promotional campaigns, educational events, calling campaigns, and counselling sessions when required.
Prepare and maintain necessary reports regarding daily calls, follow-ups, leads, and admissions.
Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and support other departments when required.
Perform any other reasonable job-related duties assigned by management.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Student Counselling, Admission, Education Consultancy, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience in Japan Study, Japan Job Visa, Japanese Language Institute, Education Consultancy, or Overseas Education will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Bangla and English; knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Facebook/Messenger, Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic computer operations.
Must have a professional corporate mindset, disciplined work attitude, and positive personality.
Must be willing to communicate with students and clients through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face counselling.
Should be comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based responsibilities.
Must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients, follow-ups, documentation, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
Must be willing to learn and take responsibility for different types of office-related tasks when required.
Should demonstrate punctuality, honesty, responsibility, confidentiality, and professional etiquette.
Candidates must be proactive, hardworking, adaptable, and willing to work as part of a corporate team.

This is a full-time corporate position.
Selected candidates are expected to commit to a minimum 1-year employment period with the organization.
