Job Responsibilities

  • We are a professional online retailer at various marketplaces at home and abroad.

  • Listing products on online marketplaces (e.g., Daraz, Facebook, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.),

  • Managing and updating online shop contents regularly,

  • Responding to inquiries professionally and quickly

  • Communicating with customers throughmessages, emails (in English),

  • Using marketplace dashboards (order processing, tracking, refunds, replacements),

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce systems (SKUs, inventory sync, product photos etc.)

  • Writing clear product titles and descriptions

  • Uploading and editing product images

  • Attention to detail (pricing, variants, stock levels)

  • Completing daily tasks assigned by the management

  • Assisting the team leader with additional responsibilities when needed

  • Ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive and friendly support

Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all assigned work
