Job Overview

We are looking for an articulate, dynamic, and empathetic Female Student Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, speak fluently and persuasively, and have a strong passion for helping students navigate their international education options.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling: Provide clear, professional, and friendly guidance to prospective students regarding universities, programs, tuition fees, and admission requirements.

2. Communication: Speak fluently, politely, and persuasively with students and parents in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.

3. Profile Assessment: Evaluate student academic profiles to suggest suitable countries, universities, and career pathways.

4. Application Assistance: Help students prepare necessary documentation and navigate university application procedures.

5. Relationship Building: Build trust with clients through clear communication, active listening, and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications

Gender: Female

Education: HSC pass / Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) / Master's degree (completed or currently pursuing).

(English, Communication, Business, or related fields preferred).

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in student counseling or customer relationship roles (freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English and Bengali with a polished, friendly, and persuasive vocal delivery.

Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding presentation, phone etiquette, and problem-solving abilities.
