Responsibilities & Context:
•File Management: Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital student profiles, applications, and visa documents.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update student information into the company database and spreadsheets.
• Documentation: Handle scanning, photocopying, sorting, and printing of academic and official documents.
Communication Support: Assist the counseling team by preparing necessary paperwork and keeping track of student application statuses.
• General IT Tasks: Manage emails, use cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox), and ensure smooth daily office operation tasks as assigned by management.
