Paradise Fitness Club is a modern, fully equipped commercial gym offering both Mixed and Ladies-Only facilities. We are committed to promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle within the community of Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

We are currently seeking a highly professional and dynamic Customer Care Officer to efficiently manage and support the daily operations of the gym.

 

Customer Service & Front Desk Management

  • Greet members and visitors warmly and provide helpful, friendly service.
  • Manage the reception desk, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about gym services, membership plans, and facilities.
  • Assist customers with membership registration, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Address and resolve member complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary.

Membership & Sales Support

  • Promote gym memberships, classes, and special offers to potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database.
  • Ensure proper documentation, contract signing, and payment processing.
  • Monitor membership expiration dates and actively encourage renewals.

Operational Support

  • Maintain member check-in/check-out records through the gym management system.
  • Ensure gym rules and safety policies are communicated and followed by all members.
  • Assist in scheduling personal training sessions, classes, and facility bookings.
  • Keep track of locker keys, towels, and other member utilities.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain daily reports on membership sales, attendance, customer inquiries, and feedback.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with trainers, cleaning staff, and management for smooth daily operations.
  • Support event coordination, fitness programs, and promotional activities.

Facility Monitoring

  • Regularly check common areas (reception, waiting area, locker rooms) to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Report equipment issues or facility maintenance needs to the concerned department.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Encourage positive engagement and promote a healthy gym environment.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
