Make inbound & outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Handle customer queries and provide basic support.
Update customer information in the system regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
