  1. Customer Outreach: Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.

  2. Sales & Consultation: Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up diligently to close sales.

  3. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned daily/monthly sales targets and performance goals.

  4. Data Management: Maintain and regularly update accurate records of calls, leads, sales, and customer information in the system.

  5. Support & Service: Handle customer queries professionally, provide basic support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  6. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize conversions.
