Responsibilities & Context:

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, online platforms, and in person.

  • Educate customers about the company’s chocolate products, features, and gifting options.

  • Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.

  • Maintain and update the customer database and CRM records.

  • Analyze customer purchasing behavior and identify sales opportunities.

  • Develop long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery management process from order confirmation to successful delivery.

  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
