• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 30 to 45 years

1.       Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and compliance with safety, health, and production chocolate.

2.       Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, including setting staff KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

3.       Manage the budget, oversee billing and collections, and maintain optimal inventory levels

4.       Implement business strategies and marketing initiatives to increase transaction rates, customer retention, and new client acquisition.

5.       Coordinate production planning, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery

6.       Handle buyer communication regarding production updates, samples, and delivery management

7.       Build SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)s, reporting systems, and mentor team members for smooth operations  

8.       Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization
