Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Present and promote products/services to potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the MS Excel
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
