Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads

  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the MS Excel

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
