EcomDrive is a SaaS platform for ecommerce businesses in Bangladesh. We help online sellers manage orders, couriers, returns, inventory, reports, customer follow-ups, and business operations from one system.
Role Overview
This role is a mix of customer support, sales support, product testing, documentation, and AI-assisted operations. You will help customers understand EcomDrive, solve their problems, follow up with leads and users, test features, report bugs, and use AI tools to support small product and technical tasks. This is not a pure coding job, but you should be interested in how software works.
Key Responsibilities
- Help EcomDrive customers through chat, calls, or support channels.
- Support sales conversations by explaining EcomDrive features clearly to interested ecommerce businesses.
- Understand customer problems clearly and explain solutions in simple Bangla.
- Check customer issues inside the system and report them properly to the team.
- Test new features before and after release.
- Create clear bug reports with screenshots, steps, and expected results.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to research, write, summarize, and assist in small technical/product tasks.
- Help prepare support documents, tutorials, FAQs, and training materials.
- Convert customer problems into clear tasks for the development team.
- Follow up with customers until the issue is solved.
- Learn EcomDrive features deeply and help customers use the software better.
- Support the team with product research, competitor research, and simple workflow improvements.
Working Style
This is a full-time remote role. You must be available during working hours, respond on time, update tasks properly, and communicate clearly with the team.
Probation
Probation period will be 2-3 months. Salary and benefits can be reviewed after probation based on performance, reliability, learning speed, and support quality.
Festival bonus may be provided after successful probation based on performance and company policy. Performance bonus may also be considered based on support quality, task completion, reliability, and learning speed.
