Skills Required: Call Center Operation,Lean Management,MS Excel,Outbound calls

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Previous experience in call center/telemarketing will be preferred (Freshers can also apply)

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Clear voice and confident speaking ability.

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Good communication skills in Bangla & English.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

  • Ability to maintain customer data and call reportsPresentable, smart, and well-mannered.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with existing company leads

  • Male and Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply

  • Communicate with customers interested in real estate projects

  • Convince potential clients to attend company programs and meetings

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate project site visits with clients

  • Provide accurate information about ongoing real estate projects

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel

  • Follow up regularly to convert interested leads into prospects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday & Saturday are regular working days
