• Age At most 35 years

• Experience in telemarketing, lead follow-up, and sales closing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to attend site visits within Dhaka

• Ability to communicate politely and professionally with clients

• Must be expert in Microsoft Excel for lead tracking and reporting

• Experience in Real Estate Sales will be considered an added advantage

Height Requirement:

• Male: Minimum 5.6 feet

• Female: Minimum 5.1 feet

Gender:

• Manage incoming real estate leads

• Contact potential clients through telemarketing and follow-ups

• Convince clients professionally about company properties and offers

• Arrange and conduct site visits for properties within Dhaka when required

• Coordinate with clients during property visits

• Follow up on ongoing lead campaigns and prospects

• Maintain polite, professional, and respectful communication with clients at all times

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Employment Status:

• Full-time 10am to 8Pm

• Office & Field Work (Dhaka City)

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
