Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries.
Experience in an E-commerce or Online Shopping platform will be considered an added advantage.
Receive and handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.
Process customer orders, complaints, returns, and exchange requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely order confirmation and successful delivery.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet daily call handling and customer service performance targets.
Prepare daily activity reports and perform other duties assigned by the management.
