  • Experience in an E-commerce or Online Shopping platform will be considered an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive and handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.

  • Process customer orders, complaints, returns, and exchange requests.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely order confirmation and successful delivery.

  • Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Meet daily call handling and customer service performance targets.

  • Prepare daily activity reports and perform other duties assigned by the management.
