Job Context:
We are looking for a disciplined, well-spoken, and smart female CRM Executive to manage customer communication channels at Unicorn Properties Ltd. This is an office-based role focused on call center duties, managing incoming ad responses, and ensuring top-tier customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond promptly to client inquiries generated via various social media advertisement channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Handle official business interactions via WhatsApp Web and corporate messaging platforms.
Manage inbound and outbound direct phone calls professionally, maintaining rigorous client follow-ups.
Resolve initial queries and efficiently coordinate with clients to fix schedules for real estate project site visits.
Maintain accurate, updated customer relationship records and provide daily/weekly reporting to the supervisor.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Graduation / Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized public or private university.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative, Customer Care Executive, or CRM role is preferred.
Fluency in both written and spoken Bengali and English is mandatory.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business web).
