Job Context:
Unicorn Properties Ltd. is seeking dynamic, result-driven, and energetic male professionals for the role of Sr.Executive - Sales & Marketing. The primary focus of this position is conducting extensive market visits to identify prospective buyers, gather real estate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market and field visits to build direct face-to-face rapport with potential clients.
Proactively identify target demographics, collect high-quality leads, and build a reliable client database.
Engage in cold calling, relationship networking, and on-field property marketing activities.
Drive results diligently to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Prepare and submit regular field activity reports, lead pipelines, and updates to the management.
Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team on promotional strategies and events.
