Job Context
So A-ri Aesthetics & Wellness Ltd. is a premium women-only aesthetics and wellness clinic in Uttara, Dhaka. We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken, and target-driven Client Acquisition & Feedback Executive / Sr. Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries into appointments, follow up with clients, collect feedback, and help increase repeat bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who is excellent at communication, client handling, sales follow-up, and building trust with clients over phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and in-person communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new client leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, online inquiries, referrals, and promotional campaigns.

  • Contact potential clients and explain So A-ri’s services, offers, treatments, and packages in a clear and professional way.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and service bookings.

  • Follow up with new, pending, old, and inactive clients regularly.

  • Maintain a proper lead and client database with client name, phone number, interest, follow-up date, appointment status, and feedback status.

  • Coordinate with front desk, doctors, nurses, therapists, and management regarding client appointments and service flow.

  • Call clients after service to collect feedback about their experience.

  • Handle complaints politely and escalate important issues to management.

  • Encourage satisfied clients to revisit, take packages, give reviews, and refer others.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, appointments, conversions, and feedback collection.

  • Prepare and submit daily reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups completed, bookings confirmed, feedback received, and client concerns.

  • Maintain So A-ri’s premium brand voice while communicating with every client.

  • Support campaigns, offers, and client retention activities as instructed by management.
