Experience Requirements
2 to 5 years in content creation, marketing communications, or a related field. Experience producing videos and reels is strongly preferred.

Strong skills in video creation, reel-making, and content writing. Excellent written and spoken communication in Bangla and English. Comfortable being on-screen and behind the camera. Proficiency in MS Office, basic video/photo editing tools, and CRM/data management. Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage content across multiple brands.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context So A-ri Aesthetics & Wellness Ltd. is a boutique luxury medical aesthetics clinic in Uttara, Dhaka. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Content Executive to produce engaging videos, reels, and written content, and to manage our day-to-day marketing communications and client engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with a strong content background who can create, shoot, and write — and stay organised across multiple brands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Create and develop content — posts, captions, stories, and promotional material — for the clinic and its affiliated fashion brand.

  • Manage day-to-day marketing communications in a consistent, premium brand voice.

  • Coordinate digital campaigns and promotions; support lead generation and follow-up.

  • Maintain and update the client database (CRM); handle client queries, follow-ups, and retention messaging.

  • Track content and campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Coordinate with designers, influencers, photographers, and the in-house team to keep content aligned and on schedule.
